Senior Software Engineer - Contract Role (12 months. Our client an expanding Medical Device Company are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join their team based in Limerick. Great ongoing project - excellent rate. THE ROLE: * Member of the development team that will provide design and development expertise so that the company can build great products for our customers. * Develop code from functional & design specs. * Debug code as required. * Maintain and update all documentation. * Enthusiastic, pragmatic and a will to get things done. REQUIREMENTS: * 5 years development experience. * Suit full stack software developer with five years experience. * Technologies desirable are below: * Experience with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010/2012/2015 desirable. * Experience with C#, VB.Net and ASP.Net desirable. * Experience with Oracle / Sql Server desirable. * It would also be desirable to have experience in some of all of the following - Development experience with HTML, CSS and Javascript / Testing, debugging and documentation / Maintenance of programs / Experience with source control tools such as Git / Use of formal development tools and techniques. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office, flowcharting tools for development of Software Lifecycle also highly desirable.
