Our client, highly successful financial services & accounting partnership headquartered in Limerick city are now, due to sustained business growth, actively recruiting for an experienced Payroll professional to join their expanding team. This role will initially begin on a part-time basis but is expected to move to full time within the next 9-12 months. The Job: Reporting to the Senior Partner, your role will primarily focus on the delivery of high-quality payroll solutions for both in-house & client payroll processes. You will manage employee on-boarding & payroll set up, process expenses & benefits claims, resolve employee payroll queries, prepare monthly payroll reports & deliver on all related payroll administration duties in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment. Your Skills/Experience that we need: 3rd level degree qualified ideally. IPASS payroll qualification is essential. Further payroll/accounts qualifications would be beneficial. Strong client management experience & interpersonal skills. 3-4+ years of payroll management & processing experience from an in-house or payroll bureau environment. Strong IT skills & data processing experience. The Offer: This position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be 25-33 approx. pro-rata with excellent training supports & further career growth prospects on offer to the successful candidate.
