Senior Project Manager. Limerick. €70-€80k. DOE. Client facing construction role with PQS practice. A leading Irish PQS practice is looking to recruit a polished Senior Project Manager for a client-facing role based in Limerick. The ideal candidate will have ideally worked in a client-facing role in the past. Preferred backgrounds in PQS practices, Consultancies, Semi-State organisations. The ideal project manager will fulfil the following criteria; Third Level Qualified in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or a related field. 10 years Project Management experience having dealt with projects in excess of 100m. Limerick based or within 1 hours drive preferably. Has actively worked on complex projects in the past. Excellent contractor and sub-contractor negotiation skills. Superb time-manager. Expert knowledge of Irish and EU building and funding regulations. Has worked alongside development organisations and county councils in the past. Familiar with Irish construction works and requirements. Keen to work on a long-term project then to develop further projects later down the line.
