New requirement for a **QC Scheduling Specialist** with a top company in Limerick on a permanent basis. CareerWise are currently seeking talented and motivated QC Scheduling Specialist to join a Quality Control Department within a top multinational in Limerick. The QC Scheduling Specialist is accountable for leading and organizing the daily, weekly and yearly planning within the QC department. In addition, the Scheduler plays a key role in the planning for preventative maintenance stops, project execution and new product introductions. THE ROLE: * Provide daily, weekly and monthly schedules to enable QC support the Plant production plan. * Provides the QC team with the appropriate level of detail in order to complete the job safely. * Facilitate daily Planning and Scheduling meetings with QC and support functions. * Act as the principle liaison between Manufacturing, Facilities, Process Sciences, QA Validation and QC to ensure QC compliance to required customer timelines. * Initial screening of incoming work orders, priority of job, identification of scope, and analysis of the required level of planning. * Estimates required hours needed to perform the task and assists QC Management with Capacity planning. * Create, publish, monitor, and report on weekly work schedules. * Act as cross-functional team member for site initiatives. * Assist with the creation of scheduled start-up & shutdown project plans. * Reviews, edits, completes, and revises documents, Logbooks, and SOPs in accordance with cGMP standards and compliant with written procedure. * Documents all training and maintaining individuals training file. * Gathers, trends, and analyzes process generated data. * Participate in/ Lead Cross Functional team initiatives when required. REQUIREMENTS: * BS/BA in a relevant discipline. * 5 experience in a related area. Relevant experience may be substituted in lieu of educational requirement.
