Ignition Architect- Limerick. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in business, software engineering or computer science; advanced degree desirable. A minimum of 3 years of commercial product development experience with Ignition and related software such as Java, C , HTTP, JavaScript, TypeScript, OO, Design Patterns, Internet Protocols, TCP/IP. Experience in Project leadership responsibility in delivering Ignition in a discrete manufacturing environment including developing standard approaches to PLC and shop floor equipment. Experience with the model view controller architecture is a must and previous experience with one or more of the following relational database system is an advantage: MySQL, MariaDb, SQL Server, Oracle. Basic understanding of non-relational databases like Cassandra is a plus. Demonstrated ability to provide good communication (verbal and written) and customer service.
