FRS Recruitment are recruiting for a Scrum Master / Lead Developer for our client a leading company in Limerick . Role outline: We are recruiting for a Scrum Master / Lead Developer for a scrum team working on one of our clients business units. You will develop a high functioning team while adhering to the core values, practices, and vision of both the agile manifesto and the company. Day to day role: You will work closely with the product owners, the development team, QA, with the product leadership team your job will include: Technical leadership and mentoring of the development team and test team. Scrum Master. Architecture, design and development. People management. Background: The successful candidate will have a minimum level 8 degree in Computer Science or related discipline. You will have 10 years software development experience using a modern OOO language. You will have 3 years' experience in a Scrum Master role and experience working in a large cross functional multinational organisation. Strong experience of getting projects over the line is essential! Strong technical skills in C# or JAVA. Agile Scrum experience is essential. Medical device experience are an advantage for this position. You must also possess strong leadership and communication skills. Apply today!
