HR Manager Job Limerick. I am currently seeking a HR Manager to join my client's organisation in Limerick, near to the Kerry border. This is a highly successful organisation that has over 50 facilities across Ireland and Europe and turns over €2.5 Billion in sales and is one of the biggest names in their sector. This is an ideal opportunity for a HR candidate with 2 years experience in a fast-paced HR environment looking to step up to a HR Manager role within a busy environment. Key Responsibilities for this Job: As HR Manager you will be instrumental to ensuring there is appropriate staffing levels within the facility at all times. You will be required to analyse labour requirements for peak times in the year, manage the cost of recruitment and see the process through from the start to finish. Ensure best practice relating to employment law, offering expert employment law advice on industrial and employment relations. Ensuring the HR admin is kept updated and stored correctly. Work closely with HOD to ensure all the employees have the necessary skills, training and PPE required for the job, use IT software to monitor refresher training when expired. Attend weekly and monthly manager meeting to discuss HR Metrics relating to absenteeism and productively targets and relating to any other company issues. Work closely with the HOD and providing support when conducting employee appraisals, reviews or performance management meetings. Provide advice and assistance to all employees on queries relating to company policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, and opportunities for promotion and employee benefits. Advise managers on organisational policy matters such as equal employment opportunity and sexual harassment, and recommend needed changes. As the HR Manager, you will ensure that any mediations or disciplinary meetings is carefully and sensitively conducted following the correct procedures at all times. Supporting management to ensure their department is compliant with the working time act, monitoring the rest breaks and holidays accordingly. The Ideal Candidate will have or demonstrate: Minimum of 2-3 years' HR experience in a fast-paced environment with a headcount above 100 that has a high level of employee relations. Strong knowledge of Irish Employment Legislation; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work with and drive change amongst a diverse workforce population. 3rd level qualification in HR or Business related subject required. Results-driven and a positive can-do attitude. Ability to operate collaboratively with all levels across the business on a basis of trust and respect.
