Description

Hartley People are currently looking for an Administrator for a contract role based in Limerick.  Responsibilities. To perform reception duties including customer interaction; To provide secretarial and administrative support, including typing, record keeping, filing, input and maintenance of data information etc. as required; To prepare and maintain, in co-operation with the Client Co-ordinator, Company Treasurer and Board of Management, full and proper financial records of all transactions carried out on behalf of the company; To work in an administrative capacity with Advisers and maintain  database and inputting data related to same; To prepare and assist in the collection of data for the monthly, quarterly and annual reports; To be responsible for the compiling and collating of statistics for the Company; To provide administrative to the Board of Management; To undertake ongoing training and professional development, appropriate to the position; To attend seminars and meetings when directed by the Client; To perform other duties appropriate to the role which may be required from time to time.   For immediate consideration please email your CV to deirdreenright@hartleypeople.com or apply in response to this job posting.
