New opportunity for a SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER in LIMERICK on an initial 12-month contract basis. The Senior Project Manager will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects in a high volume, highly regulated manufacturing environment. You will also be responsible for the proper execution of large multi-disciplinary capital compliance and capacity expansion and equipment replacement projects. THE ROLE: * Manage projects in accordance with company objectives in a high volume, highly regulated manufacturing environment. * Responsible for the execution of large multi-disciplinary capital compliance and capacity expansion and equipment replacement projects. * Ensure health and safety of all internal and external employees working on projects and that there is no impact to quality. * Responsible for execution projects. * Ensure all current legal standards, GMP and compliance are met. * Ensure that the excellent interdepartmental relationships are maintained with all other Company depts. * Monitors and coaches the project team members to ensure that objective are met. * Maintain a continual focus on cost awareness. * Manage project expense and capital budgets. REQUIREMENTS: * Degree in engineering or relevant discipline. * Relevant courses in GMP, project management, process/design excellence and personnel management are not essential but highly desirable. * 6 years industry experience of which not less than 2 years in a pharma/medical device/biotech industry. * Experience in a managerial role. * Highly focused individual. * Excellent communicator and fluent in English.
