***hr generalist - limerick*** are you an experienced hr professional with proven experience across all aspects of human resources? our client, a dynamic, fast growing & highly successful irish corporate in the healthcare sector are now seeking a hr generalist to join their team here in limerick on a maternity leave contract basis. this is an outstanding opportunity for suitably qualified candidates to further develop their experience in a highly sought-after industry so if you're interested, please apply! the job : reporting directly to the head of hr, the successful candidate will play a full part in all aspects of hr across the organisation including handling employee relations & communications, supporting operations managers needs across multiple sites, delivering on recruitment processes & taking ownership of hr data & metrics reports. in addition to the above, you will also design & roll out new hr policies & procedures across the business, implement change projects, further build on existing employee engagement programmes & all other related hr duties as needed. your skills/experience that we need : 3rd level degree (or above) in a hr or related discipline. 3-4+ years broad-based hr generalist (or similar) experience from a large scale corporate background. excellent inter-personal skills & ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. previous experience in the healthcare, medical or related sectors would be an advantage. ability to occasionally travel nationwide on company business. the offer : this position is being offered on a contract basis to cover a maternity leave period with expected duration of approx. 9-11mths. salary range will depend on skills, experience & qualification but is expected to be in the 40-43k bracket. how to apply : if youre interested in applying, or want to know more about this job 1st, contact thomas hogan in cpl limerick on 061221701 or email your cv to thomas.hogan@cpl.ie. for a full list of our open jobs, have a look at www.cpl.ie.
