Exciting Part-Time opportunity for a Temporary Office Assistant. If you are looking for a diverse role from following up on invoices and credit control to booking meeting rooms and contacting clients. Job duties: Credit control and follow up on invoices. Maintain customer base data and report on same. Answer customer queries. Produce documents, print and post to clients. Book meeting rooms and schedule meetings. Keep data sheets, training materials, insurance and other compliance documents recorded. Process orders and check deliveries. Work with the sales team. Job Requirements: Experience in a similar role. Excellent attention to detail. Excellent communication skills. Ability to work on own initiative. Self-starter with good motivation.
