My client an award winning, financial services organisation have a requirement for a Client Services Manager position in Limerick. The role has the responsibility for managing the relationships with investors over a broad range of clients. The key aspect of the role is to deliver strategic proposals and manage the relationships in the highest regard. Responsibilities: Understand and develop client's requirements and create strategic proposals. Negotiation and influencing in line with policies. Communicate effectively with internal and external clients. Leverage the relationships and cross sell accordingly. Driving initiatives for client improvement and develop products to increase revenue. Manage client related risks. Skills required: 8-10 years experience in client services with a solid understanding of funds. Previous experience developing strategic proposals for clients. Experience of increasing revenue via client management. Client presentations and pitches with review meetings. Skills in negotiation and leadership.
