Role: Our client is a leading manufacturer of air conditioning systems who are currently hiring a Field Service Engineer to join their team. As their Field Service Engineer, your job will be to provide pre/post sales services to their customer’s systems across commercial, industrial and residential projects in the Munster/Connacht region. You would be well suited for this job would be well suited for someone with strong hands on experience working with HVAC systems and is keen to be in a customer-facing position. Responsibilities: Liaise with existing accounts, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Providing pre-sales and post-sales technical services. Support contractors with technical knowledge through training days/site visits. Deliver presales services to installers and aftersales training on advanced troubleshooting. Develop the company’s service network. Requirements: Minimum Level 6 Fetac/City & Guilds qualification. Relevant technical experience with HVAC systems. Full drivers license. Excellent communication skills. Strong technical problem solving ability.
