Location: Limerick. Contract for 12 months. An exciting opportunity to join one of the leading financial institutions! Our client is providing asset servicing and asset servicing and asset management solutions for institutional and personal clients and is looking for a Team Leader for their Transfer Agency Team. The team is responsible for timely responding through phone an email to any Investor’s queries and resolving their queries. You will be responsible for coaching, motivating and supervising the team, managing resources and providing reports on team’s performance for senior management. Requirements: Previous experience working as a Team Leader within contact centre environment. Great Leadership skills; Keen interest in financial services industry; Proficient user of Microsoft Office package, including Excel.
