Design Coordinator(Contractor. Dublin/Dublin South €60K++ Our client is a leading Tier-1 main contractor who undertake commercial, hotel, data centre and residential projects from €10-150m. Due to continued growth, they have a requirement for a Design Coordinator for projects in the Dublin region. Typical projects new build & refurbishment works in the Hotel, Commercial, data centre, Student Accommodation sectors. Opportunity to work on landmark projects across Dublin. Responsibilities Responsible for the design and checking of all designs for buildability. Working with the client and consultants. Design Coordination, liasing with subcontractors.
