Description

The purpose of the HR Manager role is to motivate, support and meet business objectives within a HR capacity. This role is a true generalist role which sees the successful candidate get involved in all aspects of human resources. The HR manager has the full support of all other regional offices. The role is operational but there is also some strategic elements associated with this position. The successful candidate will be a true HR Generalist and will both support and report to senior management. Responsibilities: Manage the day to day functions of the HR department. Manage the recruitment, retention & succession process. Recruitment & performance management. Manage employee relations issues as they arise. Be the main point of contact to provide guidance on HR policies to senior management. Drive employee engagement. Manage the full 360 learning and development function from inception to completion. Management reporting within the HR function. Ad-hoc projects and assignments as they arise. Requirements. Third level education in Business Studies/Human Resources or a CIPD qualification is required. 3-4 years experience in a HR Generalist/Manager or Business Partner capacity. Works well and can communicate effectively with all departments both internal or external to the organisation. Proven demonstrated ability to drive change and business process improvements. Track record of driving HR projects that delivers results to the business.
