A Design Technician is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick based client. This is an opportunity to join a select design team in a successful manufacturing facility. THE ROLE: * Day to day design duties - packaging. * Managing customer expectations. * Samples and artwork targets. * Dealing with suppliers. * Ordering materials. * Providing drawings.specifications. * Working with the sales team to improve customer service. * Technical support. * New product development and continuous improvement. REQUIREMENTS: * Requires a design related qualification. * Experience of the following would be beneficial: * Kongsberg Sample Maker. * Plate making. * Tooling manufacture. * Colour Science. * Paper making. * Board manufacture. * Flexographic printing. * Rotary die cutting. * Flatbed die cutting. * Inline casemakers. * Complex gluing. * Computer Literacy in CAD, Adobe etc. Please call Gillian Dunphy today for further information on 061-365969 or email: gdunphy@careerwise.ie.
