What you will be doing; As a leader, you will work closely with cross-functional teams. Ensure high-quality software solutions are delivered on schedule. Instill and maintain Agile best practices throughout the company. Work hand in hand with client product owners. Assume responsibility for multiple projects and release planning. What you need; 3 years commercial experience operating in an Agile environment. Scrum Master certified and actively practicing as Scrum Master/Agile PM. Strong stakeholder management and conflict resolution skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Proven track record of delivering projects within agreed budgets and timelines. NB* Some travel to client sites would be required from time to time.
