HR Manager (West Limerick. Are you an experienced HR BP/Generalist looking for your next move? We are currently looking to recruit an experienced HR Manager for our agribusiness client in West Limerick. This permanent role requires you to have hands on HR experience working in a fast paced, change and results driven environment. The Role: Manage the recruitment, retention & succession process. Manage the training & development function including training needs analysis, course design & delivery. Coordinate performance management. Drive employee engagement. Manage all Employee Relations requirements and issues. Advise managers on organisational policy and ER matters. Ensure compliance & best practice on all legislative matters. Collate HR metrics on a monthly basis. The Candidate. Third level qualification in a business/HR discipline is required. Minimum of 4 years' experience in a HR BP/Generalist or Manager role. Ability to operate in a collaborative way with all levels across the business on a basis of trust and respect. Proven track record of consistently delivering results. Ability to manage change using various approaches and good influencing ability to deliver outputs. Demonstrates high levels of personal and professional standards.
