An Administration Assistant is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick based client. This is an opportunity to join a rapidly expanding start-up company for an initial 12 month contract with a strong potential for permanency. THE ROLE: * To provide general administrative support to Management, Finance and Sales teams. * Assisting in internal and external audits. * To provide admin support to sales in order processing activities. * Reception duties. * General office activities, including monitoring and ordering office supplies. * Preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations. * Other ad hoc duties as required. REQUIREMENTS: * At least 2 years experience in an office administration role. * Proficient in MS Office, in particular Excel. * Proficiency with Sage 50 would be an advantage. * Knowledge of payroll and finance activities would be desirable. * Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
