We are seeking an Administrator for an Insurance Broker in West Limerick. The role of the Administrator is to deal with customers either face to face or via email or telephone in an efficient and professional manner. Working within a small team, as an Administrator you will give your customers quotations, process policy applications and renewals, take payment, process claims and resolve all their queries. Candidate requirements: Front of House / customer service experience. Excellent phone manner and communication skills. Highly self-motivated & ability to work on own initiative. Excellent attention to detail ability. Be flexible in your day-to-day duties. Ideally, experience in working in a busy office environment.
