The technology we provide includes Broadband, WiFi, IPTV, IP Telephone, AV and Consultancy. The industries we service include hospitality, education and enterprise. Our primary objective is to make our customers lives easier through the technology solutions we provide. We are recruiting for a Sales Administrator to join our sales department. There is no experience required to apply for this role. All systems and other appropriate training will be provided on the job. The roles and responsibilities of the job include: • Research, prepare & submit sales proposals, tenders & quotations with the assistance of the wider sales team. • Follow up on sales opportunities in accordance with the company sales process. • Prepare regular sales progress reports and monitor KPI's. • Manage live sales opportunities using the company CRM software. • Regularly monitor and report on sales activities via the company CRM software. • Assist in ensuring sales targets are achieved and report any deviations to management. • Respond to sales enquires and concerns by phone, email or in person. Satisfactorily deal with any sales enquires within 8 working hours. • Facilitating sales-related paperwork and arranging appointments for salespeople to visit new and existing clients. • Communicate important feedback from customers internally. • Stay up-to-date with new products and services that the company offers to its clients. Skills & experience required: • No prior experience is required to apply for this role. • A level 8 degree is an advantage but not essential. • Excellent administration skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of numbers and margins. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Ability to organize and prioritize work. • A positive “can do” attitude.
