The technology we provide includes Broadband, WiFi, IPTV, IP Telephone, AV and Consultancy. The industries we service include hospitality, education and enterprise. Our primary objective is to make our customers lives easier through the technology solutions we provide. We are recruiting for a procurement and stock control administrator to join our operations department. There is no experience required to apply for this role. All systems and other appropriate training will be provided on the job. The roles and responsibilities of the job include: • Procure all office equipment and supplies required by the Company utilizing the Company purchasing system. • Procure all tools, assets and software required by the Company utilizing the Company purchasing system. • Procure all hardware, software, licensing and accessories required for Company Projects utilizing the Company purchasing system. • Procure all hardware, software, licensing and accessories required for Company Non-Contract Works utilizing the Company purchasing system. • Procure all Internet, VoIP, and third-party services required from third party service providers to service Company clients utilizing the Company purchasing system. • Procure all travel, flights and accommodation on behalf of the company utilizing the Company purchasing system. • Receive all purchased items into the Company inventory system. • Prepare and scan all inventory out of stock for new projects and service tickets. • Physically organizing stock in company storage areas. • Receiving and physically placing new stock into storage. • Maintaining adequate minimum inventory levels for key hardware to aid the support team in meeting SLA's and the project team in meeting project deadlines. • Preparing and sending monthly inventory valuations to accounts for all companies in the IMS group. • Ensuring company resources follow stock purchase request processes and maintain stock within tickets and projects appropriately providing training and how-to videos where needed. Skills & experience required: • No prior experience is required to apply for this role. • A level 8 degree is an advantage but not essential. • Excellent administration skills. • Excellent attention to detail. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Basic understanding of numbers and margins. • Ability to work effectively as part of a team. • Ability to organize and prioritize work. • A positive “can do” attitude.
