Our client, based in Limerick city, requires a Graduate engineer to support the Engineering team. You will have an electronic/automation/robotics/mechatronic qualification and an interest or aptitude for Software and hardware debugging and development. This SME offers an exciting opportunity for a graduate who is looking for a "non production" type of graduate engineering job. This busy and varied customer focused role will be office based and will include tasks such as. * Set up data sources / SIMs for customers and ensure all are operational and receiving data. * Setup and configuration of data acquisition units as required. * Assist customers in preparing alerts and reports to manage energy usage. * Manage help desk support via online system and phone queries. * Categorise service issues and work to reduce recurring issues. * Maintain hardware price catalogue and communication of same to Sales and Marketing team as changes occur. * Act as first line of support for all incoming phone calls made to the office. Qualifications/Skills: * Engineering Degree in Energy or Facilities Engineering/electronic/automation/mechatronic. * Proficiency in MS Office. * Possess an interest in energy conservation measures in manufacturing or building systems. * Strong written and oral communication skills.
