Our client a leading hotel who prides itself in maintaining the highest level of service and hospitality for which they are internationally renowned for seek a driven, dynamic and highly motivated Food & Beverage Director. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire food & beverage operations, as well as focusing on providing guests with a truly unique experience. You will support the Deputy General Manager & General Manager in all aspects of running the hotel, alongside motivating the team to deliver the highest possible standards of service. This role will be mainly focused on the Food & Beverage aspect of the business. Requirements: Experience in 4* or 5* properties. Energetic and upbeat personality. Experience in a high-end environment. Excellent Communication & Leadership skills. Problem Solving & Decision Making skills. Experience of building an efficient, trained team of staff. Hands on approach, with excellent organisational skills. High level of IT proficiency. Passion for customer service and delivering standards. 3rd level qualification in Hotel Management.
