An exciting opportunity to join a leading company as a Financial Customer Service Rep on an initial 12 month contract. If you have previous c ontact centre or call centre experience handling written correspondence and calls this may be a great opportunity for you! If you have workflow experience and would like to develop your career, this position would give you exposure to finance and investments. Responsibilities: Respond to all queries from customers and investors. Ensure all queries are handled in an efficient manner. Ensure all queries are handled with regard to the department procedures. Participation in team meetings and also in client visits as required. Additional duties as requested by the team and management. Requirements: 2+ years call centre or contact centre experience. Previous experience handling both written correspondence & taking calls. Workflow management experience. Relevant financial qualification advantageous. Interest in investments and funds. Excellent ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience dealing with a variety of clients and queries.
