***territory sales manager - life sciences*** our client, a limerick based medical devices organisation & are now looking to recruit an experienced territory sales manager to join their irish sales team & to help drive future growth. this is a fantastic opportunity for highly ambitious applicants to further develop their career in a dynamic, highly successful organisation & further develop their experience in the medical sales sector so if youre interested, please apply! the job : as a key part of the sales team reporting to the sales director, you will primarily be focused on delivering sales growth though developing deeper relationships with existing customers in the medical testing/life sciences sectors as well as sourcing & developing new customers across the medical, healthcare & related sectors. you will also be tasked with handling customer enquiries & designing sales quotations, supporting new product/service launches in conjunction with marketing teams, managing sales events & industry/customer conferences, achieving sales kpis/slas & all aspects of related sales reporting. your skills/experience that we need : 3rd level degree qualified ideally in business studies/marketing or similar. candidates with scientific/medical qualifications who have a flair for sales/customer management will also be considered. 3-4+ years experience in a similar level sales role selling into pharma or medical manufacturers, or the life sciences sector (eg public health labs/university research institutions/contract labs, etc.) strong inter-personal skills & ability to engage with customers at all levels of seniority. strong it & presentation skills. excellent ability to prioritise workload & manage projects. proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver individual sales targets. willingness to travel nationwide on company business & occasionally abroad. the offer : this position is being offered on a permanent basis with salary depending on skills/experience but expected to be approx. 60-70k base salary with an unlimited commission structure. there is also an excellent package of healthcare, pension, company car & expenses. how to apply : if youre interested in applying or want to know more about this job 1st, contact thomas hogan in cpl limerick in complete confidence on 061221701 or email your cv to thomas.hogan@cpl.ie. this job originally appeared on recruitireland.com.
