This will be a high intensity role and requires a high energy candidate preferably with technical recruitment experience. Skills & Attributes: Experience in talent acquisition & recruitment. Experience in Irish & European Employment & contract law. Thrives in a busy, start-up environment. Energetic with a can do attitude. Experienced in performance appraisal processes. As this is a start-up role the candidate will be pivotal in creating and putting HR systems in place. Qualifications: Minimum Batchelors Degree in HR, Management or related discipline. Membership of CIPD. At least 3 years in a HR manager rolewith particular strength/experience in recruitment & selection. Package: Salary €70,000 with additional bonus based on KPI's and OTE. €2,000 share options. Contributory pension & healthcare added after 6 months.
