IT Support Engineer - L1/L2. Limerick. Our client, a leading Professional Services IT Provider, is seeking L1/L2 IT Support Engineer to join their team in Limerick. Technical Requirements. Desktop - supporting, troubleshooting. Email Management - Setting up users, distribution lists etc, MS Exchange. AD - Windows Server OS - Administering, understanding of group policy etc. Anti-Virus - Monitoring, Deploying, Troubleshooting, Hardware Support - PC & Printing, Hardware Support. Microsoft Office Desktop OS. Microsoft Office 2010/2013/2016/2019/Office 365. Remote Access Tools. Backup Technologies - local and cloud. Exposure to Virtualisation and support tools. Exposure to system monitoring and ticket tools. 2 Years in a desktop support or Helpdesk role. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to take ownership of issues and follow through to resolution. Proven ability to work well under pressure. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and an ability to confidently present solutions you have designed. Full driving licence. Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland immediately.
