Our successful client is looking for an experienced Trade/Technical Administrator. This position is based in Kilmallock, Co Limerick. The successful candidate will possessing excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as being highly motivated and IT proficient. Responsibilities. Looking after clients - large and small to ensure excellent service. Various trade/technical administration tasks. Ability to follow policies and procedures. Support management in relevant technical administration tasks. Carry out general reception duties. Be the communication link between on the road team members and the office. Look after certain Health & Safety aspects. Skills and Experience. 5 years in a similar administration role. Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Office. Excellent time management, organizational, oral/written communication skills, critical thinking and attention to detail is required. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment including providing support to various members. Strong administration and multitask ability. Ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously.
