Associate Facilities Compliance Specialist required in Limerick. The successful candidate will Lead and complete investigations for the Facilities Department issues of non-compliance. This is an opportunity to join a select team that is already leading the way in the Pharmaceutical/Biotech industry. ROLE: * Determine the requirement for a Deviation for Facilities Department related events. * Review and approval of Facilities Maintenance Work Records (corrective and scheduled) on the CMMS system to assess for compliance with established quality standards, policies and procedures. * Provides tracking and trending for all facilities and maintenance related compliance activities i.e. NOEs, EOEs, DNFs, CAPAs, Corrective Work Records and Change Controls. * Facilitates reviews and revisions of all Facilities Department related SOP's and processes for each group within the Department. * Provide support, information, and assistance to departmental functions to resolve issues and maintain compliance. * Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives. * Follows current good manufacturing practices (cGMPs. REQUIREMENTS: * BS/BA in Quality, Engineering or Scientific related field with 1 years of related professional experience in a cGMP environment or in the operation of an industrial facility. * Previous experience with Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Electronic Data Management Systems (EDMS) desirable. * Preference of 1 years' experience working in a Compliance function in a cGMP environment. * Strong Technical writing ability desirable. * Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Access and PowerPoint.
