The SharePoint Consultant will be a technical resource responsible for planning, designing, and leading the implementation of a company-wide Microsoft SharePoint solutions for clients. About the Job. * Play a key role in implementation of any SharePoint project in accordance with the agreed programme of work - to include inter alia, working as part of a team to identify the business requirements, design, test, enhance and rollout any of these SharePoint projects. * Work with the Project Manager to communicate with the various stakeholders in order to ensure optimal commitment from stakeholders for the project. * Ensure that the plan to realise business benefits from the project is monitored over time to guarantee progress is being made. * Regularly report to the Project Manager on development progress, engage in timely communications with the Business-led Project Team to ensure progress is as predicted, identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate. Key Skills & Experience. * 3 years' experience in the end-to-end delivery of Microsoft SharePoint & Office 365 solutions. * Expert knowledge and understanding of the capabilities of Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007/2010/2013. * Fluent spoken and written English. * Excellent interpersonal skills including ability to form effective working relationships and collaborate as part of a team with customers, colleagues, suppliers and third-parties. * Results-driven, high-performing individual with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Strong Communication skills - particularly relevant here as the consultant will be dealing with both technical and non-technical members of the business.
