Piping Designer. In partnership with its client, Kenny-Whelan & Associates are seeking a Piping Designer for the Limerick area. Profile of Role: Working as part of a multidiscipline project engineering team this position will provide the opportunity to work within a team of talented designers in a heavy engineering process plant. Responsibilities. - Interpret the process from P&ID’s. - Have experience in plant & equipment layout. - Have proven experience in piping layout, pipe support, equipment tie-in’s. - Conduct field surveys. - Have knowledge of inter discipline design requirements. - Have good communication skills. - Be a team worker. - Have knowledge of site safety & hold a current safe pass. Skills. Proficient in AutoCAD. Attention to detail and accuracy. 5 years’ experience. All applications will be treated with the strictest confidence.
