As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for maximising sales of our client’s management systems and ensuring that their customers receive a high quality service. Building, maintaining and managing strong relationships, you’ll answer any queries that customers may have and carry out training webinars to ensure that they can fully utilise products. You’ll approach prospective customers and highlight the benefits of our client’s management systems. You’ll prepare proposals, as well as qualifying and managing opportunities. Additionally, you’ll identify opportunities to up-sell products and research customers’ companies to ensure that a first-class service is delivered.
