Unijobs DAC on behalf of The University of Limerick are currently recruiting for a temporary fulltime Pensions Administrator. The role is 3-6 months initially with potential for extension for the right candidate. The rate of pay is €13.51 per hour. The ideal candidate will have a relevant qualification or previous experience working in a busy Human Resource division. Key duties of the role are as follows: Administration of all pension related queries; to include AVC scheme queries, Additional Life Cover Scheme Queries etc. Managing ICP Scheme (processing/chasing applications, queries, contact with provider, salary memos etc.) Checking records to confirm temporary service and pensionable service. Managing monthly memos to Salaries. Administration of pension declarations for new employees' and for retiring staff. Calculating payroll deductions for retiring staff. Assisting in the annual pension's affidavits process (sending, tracking & chasing. Drafting of pensions letters for retiring staff. Recording pension for all staff leaving (refund or deferred benefits. Processing refunds for staff leaving less than 2 years. Updating HR Websit. Essential Criteria. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. High levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Experience dealing with confidential/sensitive information. High level of proficiency of the Microsoft Suite of applications, Outlook and other administrative software. Desirable Criteria. Previous pension administration experience.
