Data Analyst. About this role. My client is a long established employer in the mid-west, they are on a mission to ensure they have the needs of their users met to the highest level in terms of applications, technology and systems. In order to successfully do this they need high quality reporting and MI completed to help Senior Management make informed decisions. As such, they have a requirement for an experienced Data Analyst to join their team on a full time basis. Role and Responsibilities: Design and develop MI reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Review existing dashboards for relevance and develop a streamlined approach to reporting. From time to time design and deliver ad-hoc dashboard and MI for ongoing side projects. Analyse and produce clear MI so that management can make informed commercial decisions. Skills required: 3 years experience working in a similar role. Strong understanding of analytic tools with excellent Excel, SQL exposure. Experience in working with high volumes of data and experience in working in change management. Strong experience in working in cross functional teams and the ability to simplify complex MI for the wider organisational community. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
