Unijobs DAC are currently recruiting for a number of full time temporary administrator positions - general administration, medical administration, IT, marketing and finance. The successful candidates will be based in Limerick with rates of pay between €11.62 - €13.51 per hour. We are looking for ambitious individuals with a strong background experience working in a busy office environment. You will be well presented and strive to achieve your goals on a daily basis. You will manage the administrative function of the department working closely with various stakeholders. Essential Requirements: Customer focused, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent administration and organisational skills with the ability to multi task in a fast paced and often high pressure environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to work on your own initiate. Excellent working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Prior experience dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information. A high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Minute taking experience. Proven ability to work as part of a team.
