Are you an experienced Retail or Store Manager looking for a change? Then I have the perfect role for you! Our successful client based in Limerick City are looking to recruit a Store Manager for a permanent, full-time role. This is a fast-paced role in a busy store ideally suited to an individual with previous retail and management experience. Duties: Ensuring standards of exceptional Customer Service are consistently met by the team. Managing and motivating the team. Managing stock levels and making key decisions about stock control. Analysing sales figures and reporting to head office and senior management. Dealing with various staffing issues including performance reviews and feedback sessions, as well as training and development. Promoting the organisation locally. Organising and managing in-store promotions and events. Communicating with the team and your colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues. Strong presence on the sales floor, displaying exemplary standards of performance, participating in teamwork and communicating with customers, and. identifying or resolving urgent issues as they arise. Experience: Previous management experience or team leading essential. Previous retail experience desirable. Excellent communication and people skills. A strong commitment to customer service.
