A Facilities Compliance Specialist is required by CareerWise Recruitment for our Limerick based client. THE ROLE: * Coordinates cGMP compliance for the Facilities Department. * Determine the requirement for a Deviation for Facilities Department related events. * Lead and complete investigations for the Facilities Department issues of non-compliance. * Acts as a liaison between the Facilities Department and quality and regulatory groups to define and address all issues of non-compliance. * Facilitates reviews and revisions of all Facilities Department related SOP's and processes for each group within the Department. * Provides tracking and trending for all facilities and maintenance related compliance activities i.e. NOEs, EOEs, DNFs, CAPAs, Corrective Work Records and Change Controls. * Provide periodic review of Facilities Department documentation and records such as logbooks, preventative maintenance records and work orders to assess for compliance with established quality standards, policies and procedures. * Coordinate training for Facilities personnel on regulatory and quality topics such as proper documentation procedures and the use of QUMAS. * Participate and lead Cross functional teams with other functional departments. REQUIREMENTS: * BS/BA in Quality, Engineering or Scientific related field with 3 years of related professional experience in a cGMP environment or in the operation of an industrial facility. * Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Compliance function in a cGMP environment. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals across all levels of the organization. * Knowledge of Electronic Data Management Systems is an advantage.
