Legal Secretary. Requirement for an experienced legal secretary to join a leading practice in Limerick City. Looking for someone with minimum 2-3 years experience looking for a new challenge. Job Responsibilities: Preparing correspondence and documents from digital dictation. Creating, amending and formatting legal documents and templates. File management including electronic filing, scanning, photocopying and archiving. Diary management and secretarial support. Digital dictation. Maintain and support client relationships. File maintenance. General administration duties. Requirements: 2-5 years legal secretary experience. Accurate Dictaphone typing skills (Min 60wpm. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. Experience with case management systems. Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
