European HR Business Partner: Our client, a leading organisation in Limerick are looking for a HR Business Partne r to join their existing team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will join the European Team. A second language, particularly German would be an advantage. Job Description: You will partner with the leadership team and employees to deliver a value-added service reflecting the business objectives. You will focus on continuous improvement. You will support the company on any employment issues. You will build relationships and partner with business leaders to develop team plans. Lead and participate in HR functional projects. Analyse employment data. Mentor and support HR Generalists. Provide status updates on recruitment and employee issues. Job Requirements: Degree in HR or related Field. CIPD Qualification desirable. 5 years + experience as a HR Generalist / HR Specialist. Highly regulated environment would be an advantage. Excellent problem solving and ability to work on own initiative. Willingness to travel on company business. Fluency in German or another language. Full suite of HR Generalist activities.
