E-Learning Development specialist required to work in Limerick; working with the Training and Education Manager and other members of training team you will plan, develop, design, and deliver integrated online education& training content. Responsibilities for the role: - Develop and write innovative and interactive learning content to meet functional learning objectives in eLearning environments. Manage end-to-end production of new and updated eLearning courses within the Learning Curriculum, including: Needs Analysis, Project Planning, Coordination, Instructional Design, Writing, Editing, Multimedia Development, Quality Assurance, Usability Testing, Delivery, and Evaluation. Provide expert guidance for Training Specialists on the production of multi-media rich and diverse performance supports in all training programs. Work with external eLearning design partners and escalate quality issues as required. Work with external website hosting providers in relation to the specification, development and release of online interactive facilities and resources for health professionals. Conducting needs assessment and training analysis. Creating learning environments for specific target audiences. Integrating instructional design theories and practices to the current LMS. Have up to date knowledge of current trends/best practice in the eLearning sector. Suggest and implement modified, new and innovative solutions for the delivery of online facilities, training and support. Skills / Experience. Relevant HR / Business Degree or Masters Qualification in Learning & Development. 3-4 years experience with a proven track record of success in creating the training & learning programmes & cultural context to meet the business needs. Ability to work at a strategic & tactical level. Flexibility to travel to Dublin occasionally. Experience in leadership & motivating a team to maximise their potential & deliver optimal learning outcomes for learner & business.
