This is an opportunity to a join US Financial Services Company based in Limerick as a Team Lead within the fund accounting team. With 2 offices in Ireland, their fund accounting team provides an end to end fund accounting service. The Team Lead reviews their teams work, monitors workloads and ensures adherence to SLA’s. The Job: Deliver high-quality service to clients. Organise Team workload. Ensure valuations are completed in line with SLA’s. Improve the preparation of client reporting where possible. Support the implementation of business plans. Training and coaching of team members. The Person: Ability to lead and develop a team. 3rd level qualification.
