Junior Business Development Consultant- Limerick. Role overview: FRS Recruitment part of the FRS Network group are looking to hire a Junior Business Development Consultant. This role is bsed in our Limerick office and sitting within our IT team. This role involves a lot of outbound business development activity, market mapping, candidate led development and follow up. FRS build long term relationships with our candidates and look to realise their ideal role for the long term. We also build long term relationships with our clients and proactively introduce top talent to them as candidates become available rather than just "reacting" to a live requirement. This person will be confident, articulate, honest, hard-working, tenacious and resilient with the ability to build new relationships with leading companies across the country. Role and Responsibilities: A high volume of client calls and meetings to build rapport, understanding of the market and have a strong product offering for our clients. Outbound calls and meetings with existing and prospective companies to discuss the market, introduce top talent, arrange meetings, and agree terms of business. Eventually move into a full 360 role with training on recruitment. Job Requirements: Previous outbound sales experience with excellent results. Prior track record at "getting exceptional results" in a target driven environment is essential. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with all stakeholders (clients, candidates and colleagues. Ability to multi-task is essential- juggling a number of tasks simultaneously is a daily essential! Organised, strong planning skills and the ability to follow through on leads. Strong IT and presentation skills. Fluent English, strong verbal and written skills. Outgoing, gregarious, enthusiastic & dynamic personality is a winner for recruitment. Why FRS?
