Description

Transfer Agency Administrator. This role will sit within a team maintaining records of clients and investors in accordance with anti-money laundering and other compliance regulations. This is an initial 11 month contract. Transfer Agency Administrator. Job Description: Assess content of documents in relation to completion and compliance. Take applications and supporting documentation through a workflow system. Transmit all relevant communications and input content into relevant documents. Create and register new clients and investors. Process all incoming amendments from existing clients and investors. Respond to all queries and complaints in a timely manner, in accordance with procedures. Processing quality checks and assurance, oversee quality and timelines. Client reporting on a day to day level. Workflow queue management and maintenance. Job requirements: Degree in business, finance or related field. Previous experience in funds, transfer agency or banking. Interest in fund administration or transfer agency career path. Excellent computer skills including knowledge or Lotus Notes, Microsoft Office and Excel. Excellent customer service skills. Organised and self-motivated with attention to detail. Focused and able to work with deadlines. Ability to work in a team and on own initiative.
