Senior HR Advisor. A Financial Services Company are currently seeking a Senior HR Advisor to join their current team. This Senior HR Advisor position will advise senior management on tactical and operational matters. Job Description: Consult with management on the interpretation and application of various HR programs. Maintain relationships with management and address business needs. Ensure compliance with employment law and offer guidance on HR policies and programs. Coach and mentor management in line with business needs. Drive process improvement initiatives. Provide guidance on dispute resolution and regulatory compliance. Job Requirements: 5+ years experience. Relevant qualification. Financial services experience. Excellent advisory experience.
