Are you a passionate Business Analyst that loves to delight your customers whether they're internal to your company or external? If that's the case then we're looking for you to come work in ours clients state-of-the-art R&D centre in Limerick, Ireland. You will be responsible for analysing business processes, systems, and services in a global company environment to understand the as-is landscape and map the scenarios and systems to support our anticipated growth. You will work with product management and other stakeholders to define and prioritise stories in the solution backlog, create user requirement stories, acceptance criteria and ensure that stories are ready for development. This means you're adept at and have experience in mapping complex systems across multiple organisations, both internal and external, and have demonstrable experience and ability that shows us how you've done this in the past. Because this position requires extensive interaction and collaboration with a variety of groups throughout the company, you must have a track record of strong communication and interpersonal skills. Requirements. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or 5 years of equivalent IT work experience. At least 5 years of experience with business process analysis. At least 5 years of experience with large scale, enterprise applications. Have worked on an Agile team. You have. The ability to lead deep dives into systems and services in an enterprise environment. Ability to use systematic methodology to investigate and improve complex systems. Great design and problem-solving skills. Ability to own and deliver projects of increasing technical complexity. Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. interest in designing, analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems.
