Head of Customer Operations Permanent Limerick Due to ongoing expansion, my client is seeking experienced Head of Customer Operations to lead the complete customer operations function within the company and to plan and execute the next stages of growth. Role Responsibilities: Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will be: Providing strategic focus and direction to the customer operations function including ongoing evolution to cloud deployment. Structure, organisation and day to day hands on supervision of the complete customer operations process. Supervision of the Customer communication on operational matters. Mentoring, motivation and development of the operations team members. Regular meetings with customers and partners and ongoing review of customer satisfaction levels. Participation in the product design process and customer centric advocacy. Reporting, and planning on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: You will have an impressive track record of managing customer operations teams, ideally for 24X7 mission critical revenue earning applications in the mobile telecoms marketplace globally. This is a key role within the company, where the HCO will have overall responsibility for achieving sustained customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The HCO will be based the HQ in Limerick, Ireland but frequent travel to customers and team members based in regional offices will be required.
