Administration Coordinator






This administration Co-Ordinator performs User Administration duties across a number of IT applications and provides administrative support to the IT team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Performs User Administration duties across a number of IT applications while following SOPs and Work Instructions e.g. setting up new users, modifying user access etc. Provides administrative assistance as needed to the IT team (examples include: word processing, creating PowerPoint presentations, creating Excel spreadsheets, manipulating picture files, electronic filing, scanning hardcopy documents, creating folder structures, etc.); Documents meeting minutes for IT Management meetings and tracks actions. Assists with national and international travel for the IT team; Create and maintain expense reports for IT Management Team; Handle scheduling and Outlook calendars for the IT Management Team; Assist in coordinating details in regard to planning meetings and events (i.e. IT All Hands Meetings, Off-site management events, Employee luncheons, BPOG IT meetings, etc.) Other administrative duties & projects as required. Experience And Required Skills : Education and Experience: Requires 3+ years of relevant experience in an office environment. GMP knowledge is an advantage. A Diploma or higher in Business or equivalent. Excellent attention to detail and ability to flawlessly follow documented instructions. Excellent computer literacy skills Excel, Powerpoint, SharePoint, Outlook. An excellent communicator with a can do positive attitude is a must.
