Director of Nursing, Limerick. Band 4 – Consolidated Salary Scales (€61, 624 – €71, 644. In association with your client Cpl Healthcare are seeking to recruit a Director of Nursing for a HSE Community Hospital in Newcastle West Limerick, Ireland. The successful candidate will oversee and coordinate care of this 78 bedded facility in Limerick South. The centre is registered for 78 residents, providing respite and palliative care as well as continuing care for long stay residents. Nursing care is mainly for older people over 65 years of age with needs in relation to age realated and degenerative neurological diseases. Care is provided across three residential units for residents with dependency levels ranging from low to maximum. Dementia specific care is provided in a seperate unit that accomodates up to 12 independently mobile residents. Requirements: Must be registered with NMBI. Recent management experience in a gerontological facility (DON, ADON, CNM levels. Management/Leadership qualification. HIQA Knowledge & Experience in Registration, Compliance, Inspections etc. Evidence of Continued Professional Development. Interviews: In Person on Site.
